Course Description (English)

This course focuses on the principles and practical use of English for communication in the wellness and healthcare business sector. The course develops listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills within the contexts of wellness services, healthcare, hospitality, medical tourism, beauty, and wellness industries. Emphasis is placed on industry-specific vocabulary, customer service communication, product and service presentations, business correspondence, professional interactions, intercultural communication, and international service etiquette.

Students engage in role-play, case studies, discussions, and presentations to enhance communication competence, critical thinking, problem-solving, and collaborative skills. Upon completion, students will be able to apply English effectively in professional and managerial contexts within the global wellness and healthcare industries.
